Your Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters endorse candidates who support us and stand for public safety, including John J. Mulholland, Jr. and Rosy Arroyo for Cherry Hill Fire Commissioner. Ms. Arroyo is running as a write-in candidate, and voters will need to enter "Rosy Arroyo" in the "WRITE-IN" column in order to record their vote. B-Platoon Firefighters Respond to Pennsauken Dwelling Fire

In the early hours of Wednesday, September 27, 2023 your B-Platoon Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters from Engine 1352, Ladder 1324, and Safety 13 (Capt. Houck) responded via automatic aid into Pennsauken to assist on the scene of a dwelling fire on the 2200 block of 37th Street. Those same Cherry Hill Fire Department units then left that scene after the fire was knocked down to respond to another reported building fire in Pennsauken on the 4500 block of Westfield Avenue. A group of your Cherry Hill Fire Department Professional Firefighters active and retired got together on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, for their annual outing to Citizens Bank Park for a Philadelphia Phillies game. While unfortunately the Phils lost to the Las Angeles Angels 10-8, members spanning several generations had a great time hanging out together.

Your Cherry Hill Professional Firefighters thank you for your dedicated and selfless service to our department, our community, and beyond. "Gunsy" worked his last shift at Engine 1322 on North Kings Highway on Wednesday, August 30, 2023, and went off-duty for the final time at 8am on Thursday, August 31.
